Establishing and smooth operation of Scheduling Department.

Checking, recording and reporting staff’s daily attendance, leave applications and Medical
reports to Casino Manager.
Coordinating training with Training Manager for improving skill sets.
2. Monitoring operation’s, man power and skills requirement, Preparing in advance man power
headcounts and requirements for coming weeks/ tournaments.
Assisting General manager for the set-up of Deltin Casino’s. ( 100 tables )
Monitor the table areas for any play which could have a major impact on the revenue of the
Casino and ensure that the integrity of the game is not compromised by either a Guest or a
member of staff.
Perform a complete audit of a Cashier bank and Main bank as necessary, thus clarifying that the
funds therein have been accurately recorded and are in agreement with imp rest amounts and
complete confidentiality.
Perform revenue counts as instructed by Casino management, i.e. soft count; stacker and /or coin
counts.
Participate in day to day operational needs as deemed necessary by the Casino Management.
Possess a sound working knowledge of the Gaming Manual.
As a Casino Administrator :
Update payroll system in lieu with HR with new hires, terminations, pay increments, transfers,
employee information updates, deductions, EPF adjustments, tax changes, leaves of absence
Assist with HR issues within the casino, dealing and conducting disciplinary procedures,
recruitment and interviewing.
Dealing with all Personal Files and Inductions
Responsible for purchasing, invoicing and payments.
Arrange appropriate complimentary beverages for Guests.
Report any discrepancies or incidents of a doubtful nature to the Casino Manager.
Refer any dispute or argument concerning a Guest to the immediate Supervisor.
