Descripción: PUREMEAT 100 TM (FORMULA PURA), es la sal sódica natural sólida del acido L-Láctico, que producimos por
fermentación del azúcar. Posee un ligero sabor salino, propiedades antimicrobianas y un pH neutro. Nuestra fórmula consiste
en un tipo de lactato potásico en grado alimentario con unas capacidades organolépticas excepcionales. Se trata de una sal
higroscópica libre de flujo, presentada en forma de polvo cristalino blanco y con un pH neutro.
