This document proposes a smart hospitalization system based on RFID technology. The system would use RFID tags on patients to automatically update their records and notify doctors and staff when they arrive. It would allow medical staff to access up-to-date patient information and history globally. The system is intended to reduce medical errors and improve patient safety and asset management through use of modern RFID and database technologies.
2. INTRODUCTION

his/her treatment and it is required by the
medical fraternity in every procedure.
ā¢ Emergency procedures often tend to be in
abeyance until necessary details are known.
ā¢ Manual record maintenance tends to be
tedious.

improved systems engineering.
