A large IT services organizations in BFSI and healthcare domains in India needed to hire, train and
deploy fresh grads in a phased manner over a year.

A US based IT services organization commenced its operations in India and needed a reliable
partner to take care of their entire fresh graduates recruitment and training process.

Sudaksha worked closely with the client and chalked out a comprehensive “End-to-end Hire &
Train” model. Through campus recruitment drives (including online assessment process) along
with client organized by Sudaksha. Candidates (selected by client) were trained by Sudaksha on

The much acclaimed workshop is now being delivered on a regular basis with varied

Situation:
Employees of a large airline company that underwent a merger in 2007, began to face HR issues
like compensation, career progression, and salary payment issues post merger; that led to
decreased morale among them.
The personnel management sought Sudaksha’s assistance to help their employees across India
cope with the change and create self-motivation amongst them in the tough times.
Solution:
After a thorough analysis, Sudaksha came up with a two days workshop with the theme “Change
