 Working as an administrative officer, for Aarvee Associates, Architecture, Engineering
and consultants Pvt Ltd, Srinagar colony, Hyderabad.
 Four years of work experience as Business Coordinator / Sr. Associate Technical
support in Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad.
 One year and eight months of work experience as an administrative officer for
Mahindra Satyam in Facilities Management Group (FMG) at Hyderabad through
Giri’s facilities and Services

Roles & Responsibilities
 Coordinate and perform a range of staff as well as operational support activities for
the unit; serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units in the
resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
 Monitoring and ensuring all the activities are done as per the IT control policies and
procedures with necessary client & Single Point of Contact (SPOC)approvals
 Perform security and change control related tasks in compliance with the
Information Technology Control Policies, standard operating procedures and
reference documentation
 Closing the BMC remedy tickets in the tool within SLA (Service level agreement)
 Facing Audits and have executed my duties promptly and with no escalations was
well appreciated by customers and reporting manager.
 Raising an Incident for any technical error and closing it without Non Compliance
 Ensured Zero deviations from the laid down process, policies and guidelines while
fulfilling access requests across all India Locations.
 Streamlining the process of operations and producing quality and timely outputs in
meeting service level expectancy
 Within very short period of time was able to understand Access Control System
operations and been instrumental with the team in fulfilling access operations.
 Communication and meeting the customer requirements and managing 45 Tech
Mahindra Locations across the globe with 65000 associates.
 Maintaining of MIS of access records, reconciliations and monthly tracking system is
done in specific period of time in every month.
 Maintenance of good rapport with lines of business with professional
communication and customer-focused
 Configuration of doors in access control system / Physical security System (ACS) by
coordinating with location Corporate Services representative with their approvals
and creating clearances as per their requirement.
