specification of items.
Negotiated quotation from different vendors.
Finalize the order on the basis of cost & quality
Follow-up for Delivery system.
Making confirmation of material according to Order from
sites
Follow -up for timely payments.
Making monthly MIS & submit the same to related
management.
Making proper co-ordination with accounts & site
peoples.

2. Processing the MRN in Oracle & then forward it further
to accounts.
Taking care of Inventory, Receipts of goods, Proper
segregation of stocks, Stacking status at site for
Reconciliation of material & sending the MIS weekly to HOD
& related management .
To clarify all the reconciliation and audit report of materials
receive and issue stock inventory.
Taking care of Lighting, Electrical items, Basic constructions
materials, Furniture items, Hardware
Carpentry, Painting and DG Spare, Plumbing & sanitary
ware etc

Responsible for the inspection and identification at delivered
material and check all documents.
Checking and preparing the necessary stock statement such
as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly.
To keep track of scrap sale & send the report to HO for
proper accounting.
Coordinating with technical team, contractor and Purchase
Department for material requisition.
Physical stock checking of the materials as per the stock
ledger time to time.
