recognize weaknesses, and then developed and implemented plans of action to fine-tune
performance. Led ongoing decommissioning projects.
 Spearheaded the coordination and installation of weekly software releases for SAP,

basis, orchestrated second-line troubleshooting, configuration management, weekly release
implementation, maintenance planning, and execution. Expertly set up 24/7 support with resources
from Europe and the U.S.A.
 Successfully restructured the support group, for improved collaboration and increased

 Spearheaded the implementation of two major reviews of all of the support
processes, which facilitated improvement of those processes.
 Efficiently integrated the fail over system for the JD Edwards system in Colorado,
