Led the processes to validate JD Edwards ERP systems support and AS400 operations. On a daily
basis, orchestrated second-line troubleshooting, configuration management, weekly release
implementation, maintenance planning, and execution. Expertly set up 24/7 support with resources
from Europe and the U.S.A.
Successfully restructured the support group, for improved collaboration and increased

Spearheaded the implementation of two major reviews of all of the support
processes, which facilitated improvement of those processes.
Efficiently integrated the fail over system for the JD Edwards system in Colorado,
