Overview
Joined SSI as a Consultant for the Latin American Territory in a new role that would help organize and grow the
Latin American territory. As one of the primary project managers for both Mexican and Brazilian accounts,I work
directly with our teams and clients in Mexico City and Sao Paulo on quantitative Research Projects. I spent 2015
living in both Mexico City and Sao Paulo as a team lead for all SSI operations in LATAM. I have recently
transferred to our Los Angeles office in an Account Executive Role.
Client Services and Survey Research Operations
Provide our clients with consultation on research strategies and survey methodology/design to ensure quality data
delivery.
Work with clients to leverage data collection services to meet research objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
Conducted Business to Consumer as well as Business-to-Business Research providing insights and data driven
results for some of the top Market Research companies in the World. (Ipsos,Kantar, GFK, Nielsen etc)
Primary point of escalation for quantitative research in LATAM, offering support and guidance as team lead for all
operations.
Deliver project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout project field.
Tests and provides feedback on all surveys ensuring quality control and survey logic consultation ensuring a positive
respondent experience.
Communicate with clients across the Americas in English, Portuguese and Spanish on a daily basis.
Administer internal customer relationship information at the project level through efficient project documentation.
Collaborate and supports Sales and Client Services in driving revenue growth through client relationship
development that leads to referrals and repeat business.
Leverage scope change strategies to increase project profitability increasing overall margins.
Administrative Support and Business Development
Perform monthly forecasting and managing of estimated billing dates to ensure the successfulcompletion and
delivery of all projects.
Invoice closed orders in a timely fashion, meeting strict margins, and leveraging all available options to increase
product profitability.
Work directly with our LATAM sales directors to ensure that we are hitting our monthly goals to close each quarter
on target.
2. Proven record of accomplishment in Business Development, overseeing record-breaking performances and
consistent yearto growth. 2014-2015 LATAM revenue grew 60 percent, 2015-2016 pacing at 40 percent year over
growth. We have doubled our yearly revenue since I joined the Team in early 2014.
Seven straight quarters over 100 percent goal since assuming role as Team Lead for all operations in the Region.
