Objective of the job:
Central logistic administration based on suppliers and control carriers.
Responsibilities:
Guarantee the reliable and flawless operation and reporting tasks in the dedicated
professional area within IBM SSC according to guidelines and standard practices for
processes
Ensure high quality and proper control of processes and related documentation in
regular tasks in time
Keep contacts with relevant country contacts (IBM, CEMEX, 3rd party) to clarify issues
realized and improve services provided
Work on process improvement with other co-workers and system administrators
To register, modify and cancel transport rates
Add and edit distances in kilometers
Recalculate transportation costs
Resolve errors that occur during interphase SAP data integration from FRONTEND
Ensure that all deliveries have generated transport (SD), not erroneous.
Check the correct generation, calculation, allocation and transfer of transport costs
generated during the month.
Adjustment of estimates of transport costs
Cancel delivery notes; cancel improper transportation costs, blocking deliveries
associated with delivery notes.
Auto - Invoicing freight sales generated during the month and duly reviewed
Reconcile invoices received from the carriers with orders recorded in SAP and
resolution of identified discrepancies.
Detect invoices that have been canceled in FrontEnd and not in SAP with spending
generated
