Ordnance Basic Officer Leadership Course Instructor and Curriculum Designer
Instructs for the US Army Logistics University for the Ordnance Basic Officer Leadership Course
in Fort Lee, Virginia. Current assignment
Administers professional leadership development programs in logistics management and
supervisory skills to students including Active, Reserve, and National Guard components,
international officers and civilians. Also responsible for planning, developing, scheduling, and
conducting approximately 112 hours of intensive tactical and multi-functional logistics training to
include maintenance procedures of automated systems, principles of doctrine theory and
operational characteristics. Trains, Advises, and Counsels lieutenants in technical training.
Manages, mentors, counsels, and evaluates student officers.

Echo Forward Support Company Command in support of the 1-187th Infantry Battalion Air
Assault. Fort Campbell, Kentucky. March 2011 through June 2012.
Commander of a 131 Soldier Forward Support Company comprised of a Distribution Platoon,
Maintenance Platoon and Field Feeding Section that provided direct multi-functional logistics to
a 780-man Air Assault Infantry Battalion. Planned, directed, and managed deployment, tactical
employment, combat sustainment, and redeployment of the company to meet worldwide
contingency plans. Served as the single Combat Service Support operator for the conduct of CSS
operations, less medical, in the support of the BN scheme of maneuver which preserves the
fighting capability of the supported BN and the FSC. Responsible for the discipline,
management, combat readiness, training, and maintenance of FSC equipment worth in excess of
$10 Million.
Battalion Operations Officer Forward assigned and deployed to Afghanistan in support of
Operation Enduring Freedom, with the 626th Brigade Support Battalion, the 3rd Brigade Combat
Team and 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. January 2010.
Served as the Battalion S3 for the 626th Brigade Support Battalion: 3rd Brigade Combat Team,
101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), forward deployed in support of Operation Enduring
Freedom. Responsible for BSB internal operations and advising the Battalion Support Operations
Officer on tactical planning, coordination, training, and operations. Organized staff products and
facilitated coordination with peers in order to develop cohesive plans, transcribed them into written
orders and oversaw the plans and orders through execution. Planned, coordinated and supervised
combined arms operations to facilitate distribution throughout the BCT's area of operations.
2. Facilitated after action reviews for battalion operations to ensure future operations would continue
to improve.
Battalion S-4 for the 3rd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment Battalion.
Executive Officer of a 1000 personnel Air Assault Brigade Combat Team Rear Detachment
consisting of two infantry battalion rear detachments, a reconnaissance and target acquisition
squadron rear detachment, a field artillery fires battalion rear detachment, a brigade special troops
battalion rear detachment, and a brigade support battalion rear detachment.
The principle advisor to the BCT Rear-Detachment Commander for the administrative and
logistical functions of the Brigade. Responsible for the integrated and automated planning of
maintenance and services through the Battalions Maintenance Officer, tracking all classes of
supply and contracts through the S4, and all administrative actions through the Sl for the Brigade.
Coordinated the deployment of all personnel and equipment to OEF. Responsible for the morale,
welfare, training and readiness of Brigade staff officers, NCOs, and enlisted.
Captain Career Course successfully completed 2008
Executive Officer and Maintenance Platoon Leader deployed to Iraq in support of Operation
Iraqi Freedom in the Golf Forward Support Company, 307th Brigade Support Battalion.
Iraq, March 2007 to July 2008.
Paratroopers in headquarters platoon. Ensured the unit was ready to deploy anywhere in the world
within 18 hours of notification. Additional duties included arms room officer, budget officer,
voting officer, CBRN officer and medical readiness officer.
Executive Officer assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, North Carolina,
July 2006 through 2009.
Served as Executive Officer/Headquarters Platoon Leader in one of four of the Army's all Airborne
Fires Forward Support Companies comprised of 86 Paratroopers. Directly responsible for supply
discipline, maintenance management, the company administrative system and special projects.
Conducted sensitive items inventories bi-monthly and tracked all administration paperwork,
Conducted operations projects, and combat missions. Responsible for planning and execution of
all company training. Responsible for the training, health, welfare. and supervision of the platoon
U.S. Army Ordnance Officer. Attended the Ordnance Officer Basic Course in Aberdeen Proving
Ground, Maryland. December 2005
