3. Google Keep – What, Why and How ?
• Google Keep is a note-taking and
organization application developed by
Google.
• It allows users to create and manage
various types of notes, such as text, lists
and images.
• The purpose of Google keep is to
provide information, ideas and
reminders to users.
• Google Keep useful for collaborative
tasks, such as Project plans.

• Google Calendar is a time management and

google.
• The service was launched in beta on April 13,
2006.
• Google Calendar was released for general use in
July,2009.
• It is used to help individuals and organisations
manage their schedules, events and tasks in
digital format.
• Set reminders.
• Share whole calendar or single events with
others.
