Advance in technology have had a profound effect on the
way we learn & the way we teach. Many adult learners can
remember a time when finding information required travelling
to the library to search a card catalog & spending countless
hours looking through paper based books & journals.
1. Canva
Canva is a free-to-use online graphical tool that combines design,
photo editing, and layout to help teachers and students create
beautifully finished projects. Canva can be used by teachers to
generate posters, guidance, and projects, but it can also be
accessed by students for tasks
2. Google Classroom
● Google Classroom is the low-key most versatile online
teaching tool available.
● This Learning Management System (LMS) is part of G
Suite, which means teachers can use Google apps to
create lessons, quizzes and documents all inside Google
Classroom.
3. Padlet
● Padlet is a multifunctional platform to collect
information, visuals, videos, documents and much
more. Users can create “padlets” or digital
corkboards to create collections of data and
information pretty much any way they want.
Teachers can use padlets to build group lessons,
work on group projects, collate research for a
lecture, and much more.
4. Kahoot
● Kahoot! is a game-based learning
platform used to review students'
knowledge, for formative assessment or
as a break from traditional classroom
activities
5. Google Meet
● Google Meet is a video conferencing app. It is
the business-oriented version of Google's
Hangouts platform and is suitable for
businesses of all sizes. The solution enables
users to make video calls with up to 30 users
per high-definition video meeting.
6. Microsoft Office
● Microsoft Office is a suite of applications designed to
help with productivity and completing common tasks
on a computer. You can create and edit documents
containing text and images, work with data in
spreadsheets and databases, and create
presentations and posters

● PowToon is an eTool that creates
animated videos for personal, educational,
or business/professional use. It is a free,
web-based (with options to upgrade), user-
friendly software that creates
presentations via three simple and easy
steps: writing a script, recording a
voiceover, and adding visuals.
8. Slidesgo
● Slidesgo offers an extensive catalog of free
Google Slides themes and PowerPoint templates
for creative presentations. These are
customizable to better suit the needs of any given
user, so the possibilities are endless.
9. Prezi
● Prezi is a web- based tool that allows users
to create a presentation using a map layout.
They are able to zoom in and out of different
items and show relationships from an
interesting point of view.
10. Google Forms
● Google Forms is free online software that allows you to
create surveys, quizzes, and . It's part of Google's web-
based apps suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets,
Google Slides, and more. It's a versatile tool that can be
used for various applications, from gathering RSVPs for an
event to creating a pop quiz.
