4. EURES, which began operations in 1994, is a European network
of cooperative employment services aimed at facilitating the free
movement of workers. The services of the EURES network are
open to the public. It is aimed at job seekers interested in going to
another EU/EFTA member state for work and employers who
wish to recruit workers from another EU or EFTA member state.
The network seeks to ensure that Europeans benefit from equal
opportunities, despite the existence of language barriers, cultural
differences, bureaucratic challenges, differing labor laws and non-
recognition of educational certificates in different European
countries.
One can register on the platform as a job seeker or an employer.
EURES for the unemployed and job seekers are free of charge.
For employers provided by other than public institutions, there
may be a fee. Public employment services in Poland have been a
member of the EURES European network since Poland's
accession to the European Union.
In each EU/EFTA country, the activities of the EURES network
are coordinated by the EURES National Coordination Offices.

8. Where is the best place to put money away for
retirement?
The ways available to save for retirement require
regularity. It is important to put away the amount you
have set aside each month. Saving systematically for
retirement is very important, but the amount you put
away should be matched to your individual capacity.
Another rule to remember is to invest. Putting money
away in a non-interest-bearing bank account causes the
value of money to decrease, which de facto reduces our
savings on a regular basis.
The most popular ways to save for retirement are Social
Security, IKE, IKZE, Employee Capital Plans and the
purchase of real estate. Less popular are bonds, long-term
shares and investments in precious stones
Retirement saving
9. Investments involve the current allocation of
money/time for later profit. For example, you can invest
in stocks of listed companies, government bonds, real
estate or cryptocurrencies. To get started, it's best to
set up an online stock market account, from where you
can conveniently manage and monitor your wealth. You
don't need a lot of capital to start investing, even with
small amounts you can profit.
A good source of learning is online courses, most of
which are free.
Often the stock exchanges themselves prepare their
courses. In Poland most popular stock exchange is
Zonda. For setting up your account you have to be over
18, and for verification you will have to send a scan of
your ID. When your account gets verified you can
freerly trade your stocks and currencies
