PROFILE
Over my 6 years of professional experience I have worked in different fields such as corporate finance and treasury departments. However, my
greatest interest lies in the administration and development of integrated projects with social and economic impact.
Although my experience has been focused on the definition and implementation of strategies for financial optimization as well as the
development of risk models; being part of the development and management team of one of the biggest projects of financial inclusion for the
rural population of Colombia has allowed all my skills and interests to be routed to integral project management.

Finanacial Specialist
• Front Office Management:
In order to define strategies and actions for optimizing the financial management of the Treasury Department of the National Coffee Fund and
the Coffee Growers Federation the daily management of the Treasury Front Office includes:
• Analysis of funding sources both short and long term for the National Coffee Fund
• Analysis and definition of investment strategies for the National Coffee Fund as well as The Coffee Growers Federation.
• Definition of hedging strategies for coffee price and exchange rates as well as their negotiation.
• The administration of commercial relations with financial counterparties in order to manage different issues as cash management,
asset management, treasury management (investment, debt, derivatives, FX trading, etc.)
• Management of Cash Flows for the analysis of liquidity sources and efficiency in the use of resources of the National Coffee Fund and
for the Coffee Growers Federation
• Analysis and Development of the Risk Model for the National Coffee Fund:
In order to have a properly manage of the inherent risks from the National Coffee Fund business (exchange rate and coffee price), the risk model
was developed to mitigate and manage the risk of exchange rate, creating a natural hedge for one of the business lines of the National Coffee
Fund
