Responsible for all areas of achievement, including entries and registrations, rooming and invigilation
of exams, transfers of AS credit, malpractice and special consideration; recruitment, training and
timetabling of a new team of invigilators; secure handling of exam materials; efficient running of all
exams for awarding organisations, students and the college; dissemination of results and distribution of
certificates, and handling of appeals; and comprehensive recording of results for funding purposes.
Work alongside the CIS officer to maximise achievement and income for the college.
Exams Officer, College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London
September 2006 – July 2010
Responsible for all aspects of administering external examinations with an office of four others and a
team of invigilators, including registrations, exam material handling, invigilation, budgets, results and
certificates. Accuracy, procedural knowledge, time management and multi-stakeholder co-ordination
