EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mr. Ayers has been in the construction industry for 14 years in addition to a strong background in QA/QC for 19
years, following retirement from Active Duty in 2014. He has provided certified welding inspections, new
construction and retrofit, for infrastructure, commercial and educational projects in California for local, state and
Federal customers. Quality Assurance services, ground-floor research and development of new projects, processes
and curriculum. Current responsibilities, since August 2014, have included providing certified visual welding
inspection, post-installed anchor torque verification, material identification, verification that applicable Standards
are kept- i.e. AWS, AISC, etc.; verification of inspection requirements per customer needs, in accordance with
project plans and specifications, documentation of findings, and submittal of a daily reports to the appropriate
project personnel.

Miramar Data Center Upgrades – DSA File 04-113689 – Project Cost: $522,377.80

welding inspection for replacement of multiple roof mounted HVAC system mechanical stands, welded to
existing roof structural steel. This project fulfilled current codes and state requirements.

Fiscal Year 2015 Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, the funding needed for
Phase 2: Provided shop and field structural steel welding for construction of new International Border
Crossing in San Diego County. This Project will accommodate estimated daily traffic of 25,000
northbound pedestrians per day.
