Research about
Different types of sensors
Voice Recognition System
Face Recognition
Smart cards
A Debate will be conducted during the class
about the advantages and disadvantages of
such peripherals

Output Peripherals
Output unit provides the final results of
computer into human understandable form.
LiquidCrystal Display (LCD)
Liquid Crystal Display is a flat, electronic device generally
used as a screen in televisions, computers, smartphones and
display signs for producing still and movable images.
Light Emitting Diode (LED)
 LED screens work in a similar way to LCD screens but with one major
difference, the light source.
 Small LED bulbs are used to provide light to the LCD pixels, not
fluorescent tubes.
OrganicLight Emitting Diode (OLED)
 An organic light-emitting diode (OLED), also known
as organic electroluminescent (organic EL) diode is a light
emitting diode (LED).
 How do LED and OLED differ?
In LED LCD screens use a backlight to illuminate their pixels,
while OLED's pixels produce their own light. The light of an
OLED display can be controlled on a pixel-by-pixel basis.
Plotter
 A plotter is a printer that
interprets commands
from a computer to
make line drawings on
paper with one or more
automated pens.
3D Printer
 3D printing uses computer-
aided design to create three-
dimensional objects through a
layering method. Sometimes
referred to as additive
manufacturing, 3D printing
involves layering materials,
like plastics, composites or
bio-materials to create objects
that range in shape, size,
rigidity and color.
