Mr. Philipo Fahamuel Mrutu (born 3rd March, 1992) is the C.E.O and Founder of Tanzania
Institutional Economics Development Foundation (TIEDF), pursuing Bachelor degree of Science
in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in
Morogoro –Tanzania, from 2013 to 2017 with registration number AEA/D/2013/0189. He is also
an economist, academician, author, consultant, researcher and entrepreneur. Currently, he is
doing field practical trainings at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited, 2017.
