I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies 2 years ago from Makerere
University, Kampala. I can best describe myself as a hardworking, focused, a leader, manager, a
team player and visionary with great ideas to offer and always willing to learn.
CAREER OBJECTIVE
My career objective is to secure a management rewarding position that offers both a challenge
and good opportunity for professional development in a peaceful environment among different
persons, by playing a direct role in the unlimited growth and success of solid organization and
also explain leadership responsibilities, improve organizational ability to exceed corporate
goals, to help honor all long-term commitments made to customers, stockholders, employees
and the communities in which we live.

WORKING EXPERIENCE
RESEARCH ENUMERATOR – 6th July 2015 to 25th August 2015
UGANDA NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR SIENCE AND TECHNOLOY- (UNCST)
This is a government organization under Uganda Bureau of Statistics that manages all the
research activities that are being carried out, planning to be carried out by both Nationals and
foreigners in Uganda.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carrying out research on business innovations in Kampala District by administering survey
instruments to allocated business establishment in selected areas while conducting data
collection.
Raising awareness and advocating for a supportive environment for the vulnerable as
research and documentations on resources are made on utilization to scale up services for
the community are put into consideration.
Report writing and delivery to the signed supervisors available in the district with both soft
copy and hard copy for collection and circulation to the Head of Department, covering the
survey experience.
Issuing questionnaires to different business companies during field work and ensuring that
all questions are complete and well answered. There is also supporting the team
leaders/supervisors responsible for the National Innovation Survey.
4. FIELD WORK VOLUNTEER - 5th January to 14th April 2015
THE AFRICAN NETWORK FOR THE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION AGAINST CHILD ABUSE
AND NEGLECT – Uganda Chapter (ANPPCAN)
This is a national child rights organization which started its work in child protection in Uganda in
1992 and its part of ANPPCAN Africa. ANPPCAN is implementing a 21 months project titled
“Strong Beginnings – A family for all Children”
ANPPCAN is working in partnership with Child’s I Foundation, Makerere University department
of Social Works and Social Administration, Alternative Care Initiative, with support from
Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Addressing all forms of maltreatment against children including sexual abuse and
exploitation, children in need of alternative care, early marriages, child neglect, child labor,
child sacrifice and gender based violence among others.
Aim at promoting family based care for children living without appropriate care in Uganda
in line with the existing legal and policy framework for children.
There is tracing and re-integration of children from Naguru Reception Center and
Kampiringisa National Rehabilitation Centre into their families and communities thus during
their resettlements.
FIELD SUPERVISOR FOR NATIONAL POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS – 14th August
2014 to 30th September 2014
UGANDA BUREAU OF STATISTICS (UBOS)
Uganda Bureau of Statistics is accountable to the government for implementation of the census
as a whole. It is in charge of operating the census activities at the levels. The country is divided
into 112 districts, including Kampala City Council Authority.
National Population and Housing Census is the major source demographic and social-economic
statistics in Uganda, periodically conducted at intervals of 10 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervising, Monitoring and Training of Enumerators on how the census activities should be
handled together with their enumeration areas to avoid miss-count.
Supply enumerators with the different census materials in time to complete work.
To support, strengthen, mobilize the community members to take part in the ongoing
activity in the country.
5. FIELD WORK VOLUNTEER – 02nd November 2013 to 07th October 2013
EXPANSION FOR SOCIAL PROTECTION PROGRAMME-ESPP (SAGE)
This is a Social Assistance Grant for Empowerment (SAGE) under the Ministry of Gender, Labor
and Social Development. It’s a pilot program funded by DFID, UNICEF, and Irish Aid in 14
Districts in Uganda. It focuses on the Elderly persons and vulnerable families.
Duties and Responsibilities
Co-ordinates with district SAGE officers in overseeing targeting, registration, payment,
grievance mechanisms.
Ongoing technical support to the District.
Quality assurance during field work in the 13 sub-counties and the 2 town councils.
Supporting and strengthening the capacity of households and other care-givers to protect
and care for OVC.
Mobilizing community based responses for the care and child protection and partnerships.
RECIEPTIONIST – 01st June 2012 to 07th October 2013
TRINIDAD-TOBAGO UGANDA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION- (TTUCA)
This is a cultural organization that helps the foreigners from Trinidad and Tobago country get
together in the republic of Uganda from the Caribbean Countries. This has led to unity in Africa
and Uganda between the Trinidad, Tobago, Ugandans and other nations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving phone calls in and out of the office and forwarding the necessary calls to the
respected persons in office. Handling of all mails as well and forwarding them to the bosses.
Offer solutions to the different inquiries and answering clients, visitors and customers at the
receptions desk.
Handling emails on internet to the office and replying where necessary
Managing other office work like organizing for meetings and ensuring that the office
premises are clean.
Consistently adhere to the rules and regulations stipulated in the contact desk at the office,
in the same way performing any other duties assigned.
