Responsibilities and Duties handled during the CLTS (Project) training programme from October
2010 to March 2011 as Assistant Team Leader.
1. Participated in the CLTS ‘TOT’ held for the districts of Nanded, Latur, Buldhana, and
Wardha with Knowledge link and Feedback Foundation, Delhi on behalf of AIILSG.
(Training Schedule morning 04.00 am to 08.00 pm, for 6 days per programme)
2. Coordinated with Feedback Foundation (Mr. Ajay Sharma, Mr. Birendra Shankar, Mr. Jyoti
Prakash, Mr. Vinaykumar Tiwari and with Knowledge Link (Mr. Janardan Shukla, Mr. Amrit
Mehta and Mr. Kamlesh Tripathi).
3. Coordinate with Zila parishad officials viz. CEO, Dy. CEO, and TSC team of districts for
smooth functioning of the training programme.
4. Discussed with Feedback Foundation on every evening on the happening’s of day schedule
about the training programme and gave the daily feedback.
5. Acted as the liaison with Feedback Foundation and Zila parishad for the requirements of the
training programme, like selection of the villages of the field visit, vehicles, distribution of
team, photo, video shooting etc.
6. Provided guidance and motivated the district TSC team for the conduct of the training
programme.
7. Introduced the programme on the inaugural of the ‘ToT’ and the concept of the ‘ToT’ on
behalf of AIILSG.
8. Introduced the team members from AIILSG and the Feedback Foundation, handed over the
day programme to the experts.
9. Introduction and conclusion of the day out with remarks for the day. (Every day till the
programme gets over)
10. Took the regular attendance of the participants and discussed with Dy.CEO about absenteeism
and derived the solution on it.
11. Participated with the teams in the field visits and in the exercises.
12. Gave the observations of the field visits.
13. Participated and guided the Zila parishad in preparing the action plan on field and on email.
14. Concluded the training programme on behalf of AIILSG.
15. Follow up with the Zila Parishads for implementation of the action plan.
16. Preparation of reports and submitting it to TL.
17. Continous follow up on email, telephone for the probable dates of the follow up training
programme with Feedback Foundation and Zila Parishad.
18. Submitted the comparative analysis on the training inputs given by both the Training Institute.
19. Conducted follow up visits to the districts after the training programme and visited the
villages to actually observe the activity conducted by the teams in the districts.
20. Participated in the regular meetings, seminars called by Advisor and TL at Mumbai, Pune.
21. Provided the timely support to Advisor and TL and acted as their instructions.
