What makes a person a good role model for others? Is a disabled
person able to affect others? This project is about Frida Kahlo, a famous
Mexican painter. You will research her biography and how she became
famous. You will also analyze why she is considered to be a role model
for women.
3. The Task
First, you will research Frida Kahlo’s life and look at some biographies
written about her. You will also research her influence, using scholarly
articles. There are several questions for you to answer before you can
begin writing about her life. After taking notes and filling the
information chart, you will create an outline for your paper in English
and translate it into Spanish. The goal is to write a four paragraph
paper about her life and why she is a role model for women. You will
start by writing it in English, and then will translate it into Spanish
