Poddar, age about 48 years, husband of Rina Kumari age about 44
years and father of Shriya Poddar age about 17 years R/O RZF-

Delhi-110077 and R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar Hat, Sonaili,
P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar-855114
2. That applicant has made temporary office at Waiting room of
Plat Farm No.01 Katihar Railway Station from 11:00 AM to 5:00
PM till the rescue operation is over and handing over process
completes.

to till date.
5. That applicant tried to stop this nonsense in one of the gang
rape events on 11.05.2022 and 23.05.2022 but being thrashed,
beaten and injured by the group of human trafficker, sex abusers
Shekhar Gupta in front of Masque at Shukkar Hatt, Sonaili, P.S.
Kadwa and lady in front of in front of One India Family Mart
Katihar near to Meena Photostate and in presence of Sumit
Kumar, Chil Line Coordinator Katihar Bihar.
6. That SHO Kadwa and SI Binod Singh has called on the
applicant to police station Kadwa at 7:30pm on 20.05.2022, 5
km away from the house of applicant (at Shukkar Hatt Sonaili)
and illegally detained for about 4 hours till 11:00pm and
dropped by sex abuser’s (Gopal Sah S/O Kartik Sah
9973550916) bike at Hasona sonaili. These 4 hours were miss-
utilized by SP Rail & Civil Katihar for Gang Rapes of
applicant’s family members and their minor children breaking
the lock of his main gate of house. The same has been reported
to all the nodal police officers of Delhi and Bihar through SMS
on the same day.
7. That now sex abusers has destroyed the mobile charger
applicant through Mobile Charging point of Sonaili railway
station to stop him from reporting the daily incident of Gang
Rapes and illicit sex trade of the rescued victims.
8. That Sadar Hospital Katihar has given medical services to the
applicant on 12.05.2022 but the doctor’s prescription being
snatched by Vendor Kedar Paswan spraying intoxicated drugs
over to the applicant at Dandkhora railway station on
12.05.2022. The right ribs of applicant is still paining severely
and feeling uncomfortable to breath normally. The same has
been informed to all nodal police officers of Bihar and Delhi
through SMS on the same day. Applicant is informing
disclosing cognizable offence of gang rapes every day and night
with location of hide outs w.e.f. 06.05.2022 to till date yet no
police raid, rescue and hand over of victims to the applicant
rather escalating gang rapes redefining strategies at households,
park, hotels, inside toilet of local train, railway gest house,
streets, inside power engine of DMU siliguri passenger, telta
passenger, inside driver cabin of power engine, inside canteen at

endless list. All the time changing locations with changing
mode of gang rapes and illicit sex trade.
9. That every day applicant catches the victims along with
rapists in the event of gang rapes but SP Katihar, SP Railway
Katihar, District Judge Katihar, Public prosecutor Katihar
Court, Child Railway coordinator and Child coordinator katihar
gives safe passage to the human trafficker, rapists, sex abusers
every day for organizing another gang rapes and illicit sex trade.
10. That the human traffickers, sex abusers, rapists are generating
revenue and police, International NGOs, Women Commission,
Social Workers are taking bribe to evade the evidence of gang
rapes every day and night.
11. Hence, STOP SEXUAL ABUSE OF RESCUED VICTIMS
AS IT IS AGAINST THE PRINCIPLE OF SOCIAL WORK
AND RULE OF LAW AND rescue all near about 50 members
of applicants’ families and their minor children from the
clutches of state, NGOs, mafia and Indian defense
Organizations.
