Kadwa, Katihar rescued by the order of Supreme Court of India in
W.P.(Crl.) 137/2021-PIL & W.P.(Crl.) 242/2021 -reg.

Sir/Madam,
1. That petitioner is om Prakash S/O Late Deep Narayan
Poddar, age about 48 years, husband of Gang rape and illicit sex
trade victim Rina Kumari age about 44 years and father of Gang
rape and illicit sex trade victim Shriya Poddar age about 17 years
R/O RZF-893, Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam
Colony, New Delhi-110077 and R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar
Hat, Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar-855114
2. That the victim of gang rape and illicit sex trade herself
approached the applicant at plat farm no.02 katihar railway station
at 02:00pm dated 27.05.2022 in the pretext of enquiring Araria
district bound train at Katihar Railway Station. She was in black
burka garment dresses along with two beggar women. Applicant
immediately identified the victim and rang the Commissioner of
Police Delhi Head Quarter to intervene into the matter of human
trafficking at source point Katihar railway station, stop them from
trafficking to Araria Nepal boarder, raid, rescue and hand over the
victims to the applicant immediately. That Special Commissioner
of Police Delhi Head Quarter telephone number is 011-23746100
Extension no. 69505/69805 diary no. 33113 email dated
11.05.2022, 33104 email dated 11.05.2022 and 33340 email dated
12.05.2022.
3. That duty in charge at 011-23746100 Extension no.
69505/69805 asked the applicant to approach 011-20841625 diary
no. 13101 dated 12.05.2022 as the matter has been forwarded to
the concerned branch for directions.
4. That despite of receiving information disclosing cognizable
offence of gang rapes and illicit sex trade of wife and minor

2. daughter of applicant by the nexus of state, NGOs, gangsters,
mafias and Indian defense organizations since 23rd
days
continuously, human traffickers along with victims are being
given safe passage to organize vulgar DJ dance and the event of
gang rapes, illicit sex trade in front of the house of applicant and
in front of his own eyes at Sonaili village at P.S. Kadwa, district
Katihar on 27-05-2022 night. Artificial rain again being caused to
make favorable sexy climate to perform gang rapes of the victims.
5. That thereafter sex abusers, human trafficker from Child Line
Kolkotta 033-23416130 at 11:34AM, Mr. Debnath, Child Line
Kolkotta 9735846355 at 15:19 pm and some lady director Child
Line Katihar 7004187207 at 17:47 pm have called on the applicant
to illicit data against the case.
6. That the applicant has sent an SMS alert on 27.05.2022 at
19:00 pm “victim trafficked by Siliguri passenger from katihar
by the human trafficker with an active help of Child Line Kolkotta
and Katihar” to all the nodal police officers of Delhi and Bihar.
7. That the applicant has sent an SMS alert on 27.05.2022 at
20:00 pm “STOP Vulgar DJ dance by gang rapes victim in front
of my house disconnecting electricity of whole village” to all the
nodal police officers of Delhi and Bihar..
8. That the applicant has sent an SMS alert on 27.05.2022 at
21:22 pm “victim not handed over to me, organized gang rapes
and illicit sex trade at Suman Thakur house, bubna board school,
field of bubna board, balram’s common service center at Sonaili
village, P.S. Kadwa ” to all the nodal police officers of Delhi and
Bihar.
9. That the applicant has sent an SMS alert on 28.05.2022 at
09:14 am “telta passenger bound to katihar is delayed by 1 hour
to invite more gang rapists. MLA Balrampur already reached, all
the best, 7 army man killed in ladakh, modi reached Rajkot to
address cooperative forum, yasin mallik arrested, main rahun ya
na rahun Bharat ye rahna chahiye from Sonaili railway station,
P.S. Kadwa ” to all the nodal police officers of Delhi and Bihar.

3. 10. That thereafter the applicant has dialed 112 against
commissioner of police Delhi Shri Rakesh Asthana and talked to
the duty in charge at his residence connecting through Delhi police
head quarter at 9:30 AM on 28.05.2022 from sonaili railway
station in front of Mr. Rohtash Beat Officer Palam Village Police
station New Delhi to sop the non-sense of gang rapes and illicit
sex trade of the victims.
11. That thereafter sex racketeer and human trafficker has called
the applicant by their mobile number 8587004011 on 28.05.2022
at 9:40 AM.
12. That thereafter the key names hotspots of Gang Rapists, Sex
Racketeers, Sex abusers have been figured out by the applicant on
28.05.2022. These key figures are:

P.S. Kadwa
b) MLA Balrampur katihar
c) Vinodpur Dr. R. Sinha, Katihar
d) 9990244470 at 11:29 dated 28.5.22
e) 011-408949275 at 11:32 am dated 28.5.22
13. Surprisingly, artificial rain again is caused, electricity of
katihar railway station being disconnected by the nexus of State,
NGOs, Gangsters, Mafias from 1:30pm to 2:10 pm dated
28.05.2022 to make favorable sexy climate to perform gang rapes
and illicit sex trade of the victims.
14. STOP SEXUAL ABUSE OF VICTIMS AS IT IS AGAINST
THE PRINCIPLE OF SOCIAL WORK AND RULE OF LAW
AND rescue all victims and their families and their minor children
from the clutches of state, NGOs, mafia and Indian defense
Organizations.
15. Direct to Register an F.I.R against the accused under relevant
sections of IPC.
