Topics included: mentorships, work/life balance, resume development & grants.
• YNPN.GR Leadership Awards celebrated the outstanding leadership
and vision of nonprofit professionals in our community for the 7th annual year.
• Annual Mini-Conference, Conversation to Action: Embrac-
ing Equity and Equality, addressed the role of nonprofit organizations in
building racial equity and advocating for LGBT equality. Approximately 90
people attended the conference, which featured keynote speaker damali ayo.
