ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
This Assignment Agreement (”Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between
__________________ as Client, later called ”Seller” and Real Estate Agency
______________________________ as assignee, later called ”Broker” has signed the
following non-exclusive brokerage agreement of selling and renting property located in
address ..........................................................
1. Agreement context:
Seller gives permission to Broker to sell and/or rent a property located in
above mentioned address. Seller shall pre-approve all actions prior
implementation. Property is on a ................. m² plot rented from the City of
............
Broker obtains property details from the Seller for property brochure.
Broker shall be solely responsible for identifying and soliciting prospective
clients.
Broker shall abide by and comply with all instructions, rules and policies of the
Seller.
2. Agreement duration:
This Agreement is valid starting from ................ onwards and can be
terminated with 1 (one) month termination period by both parties with written
notice.
Upon termination of this Agreement, the parties shall be excused from the
duties and obligations set forth in this Agreement.
3. Selling and/or Rental Price:
Selling price is based on offers approved by the Seller and rental price per
square meter is ...... – ........ eur/m², depending on the rental terms. Building
can also be rented in sections.
4. Commission:
Commission during sale .....% +VAT and for rental the amount equal to 1 (one)
month rent + VAT.
Commission is due for payment when sale or rental contract is signed.
In case the Broker has not managed to find a candidate leading to contract
signature, the Broker is not entitled to any compensation other than in a
situation where an agreement is signed within 6 (six) months from termination

of this Agreement with a candidate presented by the Broker. In such case the
Broker is entitled to Commission stated in this Agreement.
5. Other terms:
Seller hands over to the Broker all materials requested or required by the law.
Relationship between the parties:
The relationship between Seller and Broker shall be that of an independent
contractor. Broker shall not be an employee of the Seller. Broker shall have no
authority to contract on behalf of or otherwise bind the Seller.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of ..............
Severability of Invalid Provisions:
Any provision of this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any
jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such
prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions
hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not
invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Amendment:
This Agreement may not be amended or altered except in writing signed by
the parties.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
concerning the subject matter hereof. All prior and contemporaneous
agreements between Seller and Broker, oral or written, concerning the subject
matter hereof are rescinded.

In witness whereof, the parties have executed this Agreement in 2 (two) original copies,
each has the same legal power.
