The document provides instructions for setting up curriculum programming via the administration portal. 1. Setting Up Curriculum Programming
- Curriculum Programming is set up via the Administration Portal (not on the App).
- It is however viewable for both Staff and Parents via the App.
- Parents can also provide feedback on your Curriculum via the App helping you get
better insights and ideas from your families.

2. Categories/Interests
- Before creating your actual Curriculum for the week,
you will need to set up your Categories/Interests
first. These can include such things as: School
Readiness, Munch & Move, Creative Expression to
name a few. This will be unique to your Centre.
- You can add as much as you like to the platform
and pick and choose from them when you create
your program. 2

3. Add The Weekly Program
- On the Curriculum Program menu, select Add Program.
- Fill in the Program Details such as Week Commencing,
Summary, Room & Educators Responsible.
- Then select the Categories/Interests that you want to focus on
for the week. You can select as much as you like (or as little).
- A weekly matrix table should appear allowing you to write up
exactly what you will be teaching per day under each
category/interest. This part will be visible to all on the App.

4. View Your Curriculums
- You can also view all your Current and Past
Curriculums.
- This is where you can also Edit an Existing Program
too.
- Editing a program allows you to update it with extra
activities but also for your staff members to write
up their evaluation as well as reflection on the
program. 4

5. Your Program on the App
- Once created your Program will appear on the App for both your
Educators and Parents.
- Educators get up to date information as to what they need to teach
the children in their care for that day.
- They can also tick off the items that have been completed so that
there is better tracking as to what has been done and what has not.
- Parents also see the same view as well (except they can’t tick off the
tasks).
