4. MESSAGING
Messages module of the app enables teachers
to send messages to parents directly, In
response a parent can reply to that message.
The teacher can send messages to one or
multiple students also.
When the user receives any message a device
notification comes to inform the user.
First screen of messages lists
all the active messages
threads. The user can click
on any of the message and
go to that specific thread.

5. Attendance module is
designed to reduce the
time consumed in taking
the attendance. When a
teacher selects the class
the screen comes
prepopulated with all the
students of the class
having default status as
present.
A teacher could take
attendance for full day as
well as for each class.

displays for corresponding students.

a marks result.
Marks module is attached with the
notification, that quickly notifies the
parents when the teacher adds a the
marks.

The scheduled event gets
reflected on the calendar
screen under that
particular date. Event
scheduler is a simple tool
that also works as a
reminder for parents and

also shows labels

8. BUS TRACKING
The Bus tracking provides live status and
tracking of buses on the route.
The guardians also get a notification when
the bus is nearby. This helps the guardians
to save time and also they can track the
route which the bus has taken.
It also notifies when the bus has
started/reached to the school.

9. HOMEWORK
The homework module
enables teachers to
assign homework for any
particular class. The
guardians of that class
are automatically
notified of the homework
given.

10. Reports Generation- This allows the
teachers to generate all the important
reports such as mark sheet and
attendance sheet.
Activity Log- Teachers and guardians can
track their activities in the activity log.
Activity log shows the status of the
actions taken by the user.
Gallery- Teachers can upload all the
pictures and categories it using a # hash
tag. Upon browsing the pictures the
users can filter the pictures using the
hash tag.
Online Fees Payment- This will enable
users to securely pay the fees online. All
the history and fees management will be

Library Management - This will enable
the parents and student to see all the
available books on the mobile device.
Students can request for the book
online, that will help in better
management of library.
Online Examination – This module will
enable teachers to schedule online tests
that will be available to students on
