A SIMPLEX team criss-crossed the country, both mainland
Portugal and the Autonomous Regions, and organized
open events to collect the views of citizens and
businesses. The SIMPLEX tour was an important initiative,
the preparatory work to design the SIMPLEX 2016
programme was a far more comprehensive endeavour.

Request Online Certificates
A platform created to allow individuals and members of
the legal profession to request online certificates extracted
from criminal records (certidão do registo criminal).
Those certificates are permanently online and have a
unique code associated them, allowing any entity to access
them upon permission of its holder, for a given period of
time.

A means of authentication
The mobile digital password (CMD) is a simple and safe way of
authentication of citizens in Public Administration Internet
portals and sites with two safety factors: keyword and SMS or
e-mail code. This method is simpler (one password for all sites),
safer (code sent by sms or e-mail) and more comfortable (no
displacements or waiting times).
The activation can be done on-site, in any Citizen Shop or Space
or on-line.

AMA is responsible for authentication solutions aimed at
ensuring physical and digital safety, reducing the risks of
fraud and preserving the rights of confidentiality and privacy
of personal data.
Its main aims include simplification, safety, and development
of efficient, rational digital services, in conformity with
European Union requirements

Online Criminal Records, Mobile Digital Password, Authentication.Gov, Citizen Card
Citizen Card is the single identification document that
combines several documents: civil identification, tax
identification, social security and national health system user.
Citizen Card also allows digital authentication with public and
private entities and digital signature through certificates.

Through the “Participatory Budget Portugal” (OPP),
the civil society is entitled to decide where to invest,
in 2017, 3 million euros in areas such as education,
culture, science and agriculture.

Request Online Certificates A platform created to allow individuals and members of the legal profession to request online certificates extracted from criminal records (certidão do registo criminal). Those certificates are permanently online and have a unique code associated them, allowing any entity to access them upon permission of its holder, for a given period of time. A means of authentication The mobile digital password (CMD) is a simple and safe way of authentication of citizens in Public Administration Internet portals and sites with two safety factors: keyword and SMS or e-mail code. This method is simpler (one password for all sites), safer (code sent by sms or e-mail) and more comfortable (no displacements or waiting times). The activation can be done on-site, in any Citizen Shop or Space or on-line. Citizen Card also allows digital authentication with public and private entities and digital signature through certificates.
