SENIOR PRODUCER
JOB DESCRIPTION
At the planning & production Dept. ONA Academy
- Reporting to the Head of the Production and Planning Department
- Responsible of the communication with the IT Department for the
monthly schedule of the courses and for any courses modifications
that involve the IT Department
- Responsible of the everyday communication with the Marketing
departments for any updates andor modifications
- Responsible of the communication with the Marketing team and the
photographer for the social media process
- Responsible of sending monthly updates of the courses timetables to
the social media responsible at the Marketing Department

2. - Responsible of the catering process, including the improvement of
the meals quality within the budget
- Responsible of the orientation and expectations session at the
beginning of each course, in coordination with the producers
- Responsible of receiving the ongoing participants feedbacks, in order
to maintain the high quality of the courses, alongside with the
Executive Producer and Technical Manager
- Responsible of the coordination with the trainers of each course, in
cooperation with the Executive Producer and Technical Manager, in
addition to sending official mails for the trainers with timetables and
participants backgrounds, on monthly basis
- Responsible of the follow up of the producers performance in each
course, alongside with Executive Producer and Technical Manager
- Responsible of the coordination between the trainers of each course,
by meeting and briefing every one of them before the running
session, alongside with Executive Producer and Technical Manager
and with the producer(s) responsible of each course
- Responsible of the follow up of ONA Academy graduates on monthly
basis, in coordination with the Executive Producer and Technical

3. Manager, dealing especially with evaluation and the other requests
that need to be in contact with one or many of the Academy trainers
- Responsible of the Cooking Show course
- Responsible of internship certification, recommendation letters,
consents and trainers HR letters
- Responsible of the designing and redesigning of the old and new
courses, in cooperation with the Executive Producer and Technical
Manager, the Head of the Planning and Production Department and
with the General Management.
- Responsible of the communication with the foreigners trainers and
the moderation of their courses, in coordination with the General
Manager, the Head of Planning and Production Department, the
Executive Producer and Technical Manager and the Production
Manager.
- Briefing the Social Media Responsible of the Marketing Department
and the photographer, before each course, about the content of each
session of the course and the pic moments of the course. (Task of all
the production team members)

4. - Responsible of supervising the archiving process by the producer(s)
of each course, at the end of each course.
