1. Job Description
Pre-Production: (Monthly Planning workshops)
 Assisting the marketing team in organizing the interviews for applicants before attending
the courses @ONA studio.
 Coordinating with marketing team to receive the monthly contact/background sheets of
participants
 Email participants with (Timetables & handout) along with a confirmation call
 Confirmation call to trainers for their session dates
 Part of planning, we manage with trainers the design of timetables and considering at the same
time the feedback of participants, as the design is fixed but the sessions could be re ordered and
changeable according to feedback.
 Responsible for the monthly bagging that concludes (ONA Trainee folders, Surveys, DVD
Handouts & Certificates)
 Responsible for the monthly catering meals for Trainers & Trainee (coffee & lunch breaks) and
deliver the excel sheet to the head of catering.
 In charge of, preparing stamps and signatures for the academy’s certificates every month.
 Before the course starts, different materials and daily handouts need to be prepared & printed
according to the design of every course such as: updated news bulletins. In addition to line
production work in terms of booking studio & machine for recording and on set preparations.
Post Production: (Follow up/ONA Graduates)
By the end of every month, I make sure that courses are to archived. Also we receive from the marketing
team the requests made by ONA graduates as part of our following up with as media services free of
charge & unlimited service. We make appointments and reply to their different types of requests.

2. Production Phase: (Running Courses)
“As a producer, we are responsible of the high standard quality of our courses, so make sure that we
maintain it by sharing the ongoing feedback. On the first day of any workshop, we make an
orientation session in which we review the 5 days program and share ONA’s media services to
participants. Also meeting with every trainer before the session starts to discuss the running
session and share feedbacks of participants to avoid any error later in the future. We are also
in charge of the quality of our video output, so we order the camera man the shot sizes and
composition needed during shooting any practical training at ONA studios. In addition to, using the
“AutoQ” for talk show & news presenters during their practical training & handling the shooting
from the machine room as directors with countdowns and monitoring the switcher.”
In my 2 years working at ONA Academy, I Attended & Organized with my production

Reem Magued, Amr Khafagy, Lilliane Dawood and Rasha Elgammal.
 Over 20 News presenting workshops by media stars as trainers:
Heba Elghamrawy, Hassan Fouda, Mohamed Tork and Mohamed Abdou.
 Over 20 Voice Coaching Workshops by Trainer Sayed Mahmoud.
 Over 10 TV Reporting Workshops by: Ramy Radwan, Mohamed Haddad, Marwa
Gadallah, Ahmed Khair and Hossam Eldin Hussien.
