Qm committee job description:
1. evaluate and document Neophron’s event, Sections
2. attend all rehearsal and sections of the academic section and
evaluate the technical progress of the moderators
3. put the standard of the sections
4. collect the technical problem for all Neophron committees to
help them in writing reports and find its solution to write the
analysis of the entire year in file to document every technical
problem to avoid them next year
5. analyize possible sponsors and academic partners for the
current and next year by knowing the needs of companies and
needs of the students then sent it to fr design a benefit package
for each company to satisfy its needs
6. Market research upon request (from pr about places needed for
events)
7. evaluate Neophron member
8. Coordinate our meetings and other committees and outing
9. Develop and execute an effective evaluation (members,
events…) and ensure quality

see it a phone call will be executed to inform him in
suitable time.

committees and this system will be applied after the first
board meeting
Quality of all project:
Through evaluation and following up every step of the
project from the quality control members by their
evaluation sheet and the standards of implementing tasks.
