Same as All Phase (see previous job), but with pipe hanger inspection company. This
company was created to perform the full pipe hanger and supports inspections on the new
construction of an Energy Plant being built in North Vietnam. I created the Inspection Division
for the company from the ground up. My duties included: creating a new company logo, design
a new website, design presentations and perform the presentations for potential clients,
perform all marketing duties too include the graphic design on all new magazine ads, manage
the inspection crew.

4/13 – 12/13 ALL PHASE WELDING & MARINE INC. HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS
I created the Inspection Division for the company from the ground up. My duties included:
creating a new company logo, design a new website, design presentations and perform the
presentations for potential clients, perform all marketing duties too include the graphic design

6/09- 5/13 MHT ACCESS SERVICES, INC. HOUSTON, TEXAS
Perform project management and supervise NDE inspections via rope access in the offshore
oil, petro-chemical and power generation industries. Also perform inspection and maintenance
on high energy piping support (spring hangers). Responsibilities include, project management,
perform NDT inspections, inspection report writing, planning and supervision of personnel and
interfacing with client on projects. Managed ISIP inspections on TLP rigs. Performed field
project management and played a large roll in the bid process.
6/08 - 6/09 CAN-USA, HOUSTON, TEXAS- INSPECTION TECHNICIAN
Perform NDE inspection via rope access in the oil and gas industry. Experience in hull
inspection on TLWP oil rigs offshore and have performed inspection duties in refineries, such
as Exxon-Mobile, BP, Lyondell, DOW and others in the Houston area. Flare tower inspection
on TLWP.

Tasked with designing a new RV park on an 8-acre plot of land with lake, to include all
electrical, water and septic line schematics. Designed the corporate identity with logo, office,
recreation, laundry and shower facilities with all details for plumbing and electrical
contractors.Managed this business for five years before selling to new owners.
