1. Event Coordinator Packages
Rehearsal & Day of Package
Starting at $700.00*
(*price determined by size of wedding)
For the couple who has everything under control before your wedding day!
I will handle the details on the day of your wedding so that you, your family and your wedding
party can relax and enjoy the day.
Services Include:
 Initial and final consultation with bride and family
 Information on wedding etiquette
 Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to one ½ hours)
 Supervision of venue set up. Ensure that all table numbers, place cards,
programs, wedding favors etc. are correctly placed and presentable
 Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake
Cutting, Bouquet/Garter Toss and any other special event during the reception
 Direct Ushers with seating and program distribution
 Assist with handing out wedding flowers: pinning corsages, boutonnieres etc.
 Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Ensure flowers are held
correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
 Help photographer to get the pictures you want, making sure family members
are available and in place when the time comes.
 Ensure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
 Make sure things are running on schedule
 Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
 On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 10 hours.
(additional time can be added as needed)

2. Coordinator Package One
Starting at $1,250.00
For the couple who have selected and booked their venue and have narrowed down their
options for wedding vendors. I can help reearch decisions regarding catering, cake, DJ, florist,
etc. I will provide you with advice, assistance and guidance as you prepare for your big day!
Services Include:
(in addition to Rehearsal & Day of Package)
 Up to 2 in-person meetings (in addition to initial and final consultations)
 Unlimited e-mail and phone calls leading up to the wedding
 Research wedding vendors (florist, DJ, caterers etc.) This includes research to
determine if vendor is available and what their pricing is, as well as
comparing to other options to help you find the perfect providers for your
wedding.
 On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 11
hours. (additional hours can be added as needed)
Coordinator Package Two
Starting at $1,650
For the couple who have ideas for venues and other major vendors needed for their big day
and need help with narrowing your search and finalizing your decisions. You have a couple of
venues picked out. You have a few possibilities for a caterer. Your friends and family have raved
about cakes and have recommendations for a florist. You’re wondering how much that DJ from
your friends wedding charges. I will help you sort through all of the options you have collected.
I can provide advice, assistance and guidance on all of these things and help get it all worked
out for your wedding day.
Services Include:
(In addition to Rehearsal & Day of Package and Coordinator Package One)
 Up to 5 in-person meetings (in addition to initial and final consultations)
 Provide a list of my preferred vendors
 Customized ceremony and reception time-line – to be distributed to all
contracted vendors
 Visiting/Meeting with up to 4 vendors with the Bride/Groom (ex. Venue, florist,
caterer, cake). *Includes research and assistance as listed in Package One.
 Meet at venue to go over décor elements, speak with venue manager, etc.
 Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
 On-site coordination and management of entire wedding day for up to 12
hours. (additional hours can be added as needed)
