Pay as you go plan
Depend on the job and the location , Concierge services are billed
at a flat rate per errand or task, and others are billed hourly
because not every service requires the same amount of effort. For
example, waiting for the cable company is much easier than
organizing your house.

What is a concierge service?
Concierge services are aimed to help you to focus on what’s important in life. It is a combination
of lifestyle management support, errand running and event organization. Similar to a hotel
concierge, our service is personal; offered to individuals or corporates to manage tasks on your
behalf. It saves you phoning around for information, waiting for service staff, organizing quotes,
etc – we can take care of the detail for you.
What type of services do you offer?
Our clients use our services for many things. Regular clients simply email their to do list through
to us to action. On bigger projects we may need to meet with you to discuss the details (birthday
celebrations, house shifts). A list of services is on our service page and we offer personal
concierge services or corporate concierge that are customised to suit an organization's needs.
What if the service I want is not on your list of services?
If you have something you want help with that isn’t on the list – just ask. We are here to help
and provide assistance wherever we can.

How do I know the services will be done?
You can trust us to deliver whatever you need. We understand with new clients that we need to
earn your confidence, but once you become a client you will see just how much more relaxing it
is to hand over a list to us to manage on your behalf. It allows you time to enjoy doing the things
that are important to you.
How are services paid for?
All services are paid in advance by cash or transfer. There is a one hour minimum service.
