Who are we?
Welcome to White Heart Weddings. Thank you for choosing our
services to help you plan your special day.
Firstly, allow me to introduce myself, I am Tracey, Your committed
wedding planner. I will be here to help you as much or as little as you
require.
Why have I called my business White Heart Weddings? Please allow
me to explain the chosen name. I have chosen ‘White’ because white
is the symbol of purity, and ‘Heart’ because a heart is the well known
symbol of love. So our company means ‘Pure Love’ which is of course
why couples choose to marry and spend the rest of Their lives together
either through religious ceremonies, civil ceremonies or civil
partnerships.

A brief history of marriage
The traditional vows “To have and to Hold from this day forward, For
better For worse, for richer for poorer, In sickness and in health, to love
and to cherish, ‘till death us do part” have been recited in UK church
weddings since 1552, although becoming increasingly popular for the
bride and groom to be to write their own vows.
Marriage ceremonies occurred before the wedding service was
written into the book of common prayer, but were much more informal
affairs.
2005 saw the legal recognition of homosexual couples entering in to
civil partnerships after the introduction of the civil partnership act of
2004

A brief outline of marriage law
 No one can be forced to marry against their wishes
 Both members must be over 16 years of age
 You can not already be married (called bigamy)
 You can not be too closely related
 Under 18s must gain parent/guardian consent, otherwise it is a
criminal offence
 You will need at least 2 witnesses to sign the marriage register on the
day

7. White Heart Weddings
The Stag/Hen assistance package
This service is available to assist in the planning of the Stag or Hen
party. It includes a search of possible venues, where possible giving 3 or
more options, invitation sending, follow up of non replies and giving of
final numbers to your chosen venue. This package includes a FREE
itinerary for your event.
We will arrange a consultation over the telephone, in which I will meet
with you the bride or groom along with the person responsible for
arranging your Stag or Hen party so we can put together an idea of
what is required.
Please note that booking and all payments are the responsibilities of
the Bride or Groom and/or the person organising the event. The cost of
this service is £75, payable on the day of the consultation.

8. White Heart Weddings
Search packages
 This package includes a search performed by me of your selected
supplier, and a short list of 3 suppliers where possible for the Bride and
Groom to book. Payment for suppliers is the responsibility of the Bride
and Groom and each search payment will be discussed. You may
chose one or more of the following:
 Venue transport inc hire cars £30
 Photography and videography £40
 Dress and suit hire £50
 Health and Beauty £45
 Printer and Stationers £35
 Civil ceremony/partnership venues £45
 Reception venues £45

10. White Heart Weddings
Correspondence Package
This package consists of:
Sending out ‘save the date cards’
Sending out your invites along with any hotel information etc
Receiving your replies
Follow up of non replies
Sending out Thank you cards on your behalf
Informing you of final numbers
The cost of this package is £110, payable by the Bride and Groom on
engagement of this package. The stationary to be used is also the
responsibility of the Bride and Groom.

The Rose package
The Rose package consists of the following services:
6 search packages of your choice
Invitation sending
Follow up of non replies
Sending of thank you cards/notes
3 consultations
Supplier checks (to ensure smooth delivery)
Wedding day assistance
Itinerary for your big day to ensure smooth running
The cost of this package is £925. All costs are the responsibility of the Bride
and Groom. An upfront charge for this package is £300 leaving a total of
£625 to be paid by the date of the wedding.

12. White Heart Weddings
The Lilly Package
The Lilly Package is designed to relieve most of the stresses involved in planning your big
day, leaving you free to continue your day to day life, and consists of the following:
Complete searches for all of your needs for the big day
Booking of your chosen suppliers and venues
Wedding day assistance
Complete correspondence package
Delivery of gifts, cards, flowers and regalia to your chosen address
Supplier check to ensure smooth running and delivery
Stag and Hen party assistance
Arrange supplier meetings and where possible, tastings
Wedding Night Hotel and Airport Travel bookings
The cost of this package is £1600. All costs and deposits are the responsibility of the Bride
and Groom, but I am happy to arrange payment schedules with you. An upfront fee for
this package is £300, leaving £1300 to be paid by the wedding date.

13. White Heart Weddings
Bespoke package
The bespoke package allows you to choose how much or how little I
as your wedding planner, am involved with the planning of your
special day. This will be discussed with you at our first consultation, and
a quote given to you with in 48 hours, except at weekends.
Please note that consultations are not available over the phone, and
the cost of each one is £25 payable at the consultation.
The cost of your bespoke package will of course vary depending on
what services you require, but the cost will start at £25 which covers just
the consultation. Again, payment plans are available of services
costing £300+

14. White Heart Weddings
Payments
The cost of an initial consultation is £25 for an hour, Should we run over this there will be an extra charge of £5
for every 15 minutes over run. The consultation cost (£25) is to be paid on the day of the consultation, at the
start of our meeting, Any payment for an over run will be due with in 24 hours, Other wise I will unfortunately
not be able to continue with the service until the balance is settled.
Payment plans are available on services over £300, with the £300 to be paid with in one month of the initial
consultation, unless stated in previous information, or services are employed at short notice, payment of this
will be discussed with you.
Payment may only be made by cash, Cheque or direct deposit into an account. Services will only be able to
commence when payments are up to date. If paying by cheque, I unfortunately am not able to commence
services until the cheque has cleared.
All payments and deposits are the responsibility of the Bride and Groom unless stated other wise, in which
case direct debit details need to be passed on to the wedding planner, whom will keep your details private
and safely locked away.
All clients details given are kept private and confidential, except when passing details on to suppliers for
booking and payments, should the planner be required to do this.
Should cancellation be required, the client is only responsible for paying the planner for services already
undergone. Any services paid for but not performed will require the planner to return the money paid for this
service. A detailed breakdown of payments will be kept by your planner, so there fore balances will be easily
settled. Receipts and breakdown of payments will be signed by the planner and where possible by the client.
Copies of these will be kept by the planner and it is recommended that the client does the same.
