 Responsible for performing loss mitigation and recovery activities regarding delinquent or charged-
off accounts in accordance with company’s legal standards
 Aligned with the routine outbound collections calling process, e-mail, and personal client visit
 Performs collection activities for multiple products, utilizing various systems and methods.
 Responsible for calling out to clients on a calling list and getting results.
 Assisted in updating a daily call spreadsheet that was submitted to management.

 Participates in the early, mid or late stages of the collection process to include loss mitigation,
foreclosures, repossessions, pre charge-off, charge-off, recovery, bankruptcy and agency liaison
collections.
 Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; participates special projects.
 Studies and analyses Customer proposals and develops own proposal / counter proposal. This includes termand
conditions of payment, the guaranties or collateral etc to secure Company’s debt. Discusses and seek the
approval of the Supervisor and Division Manager before proposal is formally tabled to the Customer.
 Monitors Customer’s adherence to the agreed settlement payment program and devises immediate
regularization option should there be any default. Warns the Customer on such default and reminds the Term
and Conditions he agreed and signed. Asks the Customer immediate correction of his payment status.
 Follow up with customers for all outstanding payments and liase with business managers and engineers for the
project status to keep track of the due dates for collection.
 Making collection efforts on past due accounts.
 Make weekly reports on the collection status.
 Follow up the outstanding Bank Guarantees.
 Credit Risk Assessment by means of financial and other analyses.
 Recommend, support,or approve credit proposals.
 Investigates and researches where necessary debtor’s assets, income sources, liabilities to other creditors and
financial standing point. Assesses recovery prospects and report findings and recommendations to the Unit
Head.
 Solve the outstanding old debts in coordination with the teammembers.
 Submission of Invoices with complete collection of outstanding payments and guarantees.
