1. Star Wars
Title
The graphics of this film title is simple and
futuristic. This shows that the film will be a
film set in the future perhaps even in a
completley fiction world. The title ‘Star
Wars’ shows that it will be in space and this
is emphasised in the contrast of yellow and
black.
Ocean’s
Eleven Title
The use of the dotted lettering in this title
against the black background suggests that it
is based in a vagas setting or in a city. This
suggests that it isn't a horror because the title
isn't harsh.
2. The Hobbit
Title
These titles show a link to the films Lord Of
The Rings and the previous Hobbit films
because the graphics are the same. This tells
the audience that it will be an adventure film
and the stone effect of the lettering suggests
that this is set in older times or in a different
fantasty world.
Disney’s
Brave Title
The graphics in this show the word Brave in
bold and with a metallic feel and this shows
the patterns in the words which takes away
the harshness of the metal as well as giving a
family feel for the film. This is emphasised
with the word Disney at the top because this
tells the audience that it is a family film
