Project – New flag-ship showroom, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
Client requirement – Create a new, dynamic customer experience in a fully
automated showroom with all functions being operated via touch screens
and iPads
Final solutions included fully integrated lighting, screen and door opening
functions run entirely via iPads.
Large format media table with integrated software – Web-based touch screen
browser, RFID product information blocks with specs, CAD drawings and PDF’s.
Project completion – two months before stipulated date

X-Projector. New Vehicle Delivery Area
Project – Deliver an interactive display system for new
customers collecting their new purchase.
Client requirement – to install a tablet on the entrance
to the new vehicle delivery area that communicates
with their own backend software to showcase on a large
screen in the delivery area, the name of the customer, a visual of their new car and a welcome
message from Ford.
Project completion – Installed tablet on entrance wall, accessed by the
salesman, interfaced with Ford backend software and information
displayed on large format screen in delivery area.

Website and application development
Project – To deliver a fully interactive website for a
second hand cars sales start-up
Client requirement – Create a website where potential
clients selling their cars can upload details of their vehicles,
upload jpegs, receive an immediate estimation and book
an appointment for a viewing.
Project Completion – Delivered client requirement within budget and timeframe.
Additional backend software included tablet touch screen appraisal forms for appraisers,
client & vehicle data storage, SEO’s, ad-words, social media.

Project – Deliver a free app for residents to download in order to communicate with
the maintenance, housekeeping and concierge departments
Client requirement – Upgrade existing outdated communication with residents in regard
to booking maintenance, repairs, cleaning, uploading images, e-payment, booking in
guests, chauffeurs, interface with existing backend and front end client software.
Project incomplete – Front end completed but client budget dissolved and project put
on hold

Investment Requirements
Full 3 year financials are available upon request however below is a brief of what would be required.
Development, sales, marketing, infrastructure – approx AED 500,000 over
a period of the first 6 months.
Over the three year period a G.P of approx. AED 3 Mil ++ would be expected.
On the basis of the initial company being established, the following can then be organically
introduced and separate branches can be borne, generating their own GP.
