Sign up to the app as a user and
complete a small questionnaire which
allows for our algorithm to calculate
your fitness needs for generating Tokens.
Having completed all the necessary
data the app will create
a unique and random 20 digit private
key that will then be assigned a
random computer generated public key
which you will use online as your ID.

This means that any true personal
data such as your name, home address,
email and phone number will remain
encrypted and your private key
will only ever be known by you.

have spent hours trying to tackle this issue and make it

the food type and the amount you have eaten and the
app will do the rest.

you can click on the ‘weekly’ feature and plan your diet
which will then give you access to buy the food online
via our partners using the ‘Tokens’ you have earned.

To make the app easier to use we have given you the user
a complete list of exercises and sports ,making the app
useful for everyone.

1. Running – For any type of distance sport such as
jogging, cycling, skiing, etc. we have created a fully
interactive map that not only tracks your heart rate
during the activity but the distance, split times, and you
can even set a distance and the app will find a route for
you.
2. Weight training – circuit training, for those of you that
like to pump iron we have created an extensive library
of exercises to which you can create your own training
packages and share these with other users. Track your
progress easier with this feature.
3. Boxing, MMA, BJJ – any activity that requires set
amount of ‘rounds’ this feature allows you to set for
this and countdown your performance.

Want to know how your doing? With this feature you
can clearly see multiple reference points and monitor
any aspect of your health and fitness.
• You can see details of your macro-nutrient ratios
over various times (protein, carbohydrates and fats)
plus we have also included any micronutrients for
each food type giving you an overview of how many
vitamins and minerals your consuming.
• You can monitor the amount of calories in and
calories out over time to track your weight progress
whether you are losing weight, losing fat or even
increasing your mass.
• You will be able to track your activity and
performance progress over time and the feature
allows you to record notes on each performance i.e.
how you felt, the weather if outdoors, etc.

10. Heart rate monitor
If you are using any heart rate monitor as provided by one
of our partners you can track your heart rate over time and
this feature will even calculate your heart rate variability
which you can use to assess whether you are over training
or not.

11. Sleep monitor
One of the most important aspects of your health is the
amount and quality of your sleep. With this feature
whether or not you have one of our partner wearable
trackers you will be able to monitor your amount of sleep
and quality of sleep ensuring you maintain excellent health.

12. Selling your data
All of the features within this app will record all of your
data that you either input or that is tracked for you via
the phone or third party wearables.
All of this data belongs to YOU. And is therefore very
valuable to you. Using cryptography every user will
remain anonymous and therefore any data that you
input your personal details can never be known.
The app uses the latest ‘smart-contract’ technology
allowing medical research companies access to your
input data to which YOU will receive direct payment for.
