Based on “The Geometry of Feeling” by Juhani Pallasma
discussed about form as architects they do not primarily design buildings as physical
object but the images and feelings of the people who live in them, it is true that we often
captivated by eye catching architecture as it’s the one that appeals to our eyes,
architects should not become too carried away in their pursuit of forms that defy the
ordinary but instead realize that it is sometimes the simplest of forms that hold the power
to evoke the Imagination
The need to transform our vision images into spatial experience with the entire body
experience besides our physical appearance in space
Experiencing loneliness is one of the basic feelings given by architecture what I
understand from the authors sentence above is every architect has their own style and
way in expressing their form of architecture for example my do it response to nature that
becomes organic shape, I think a strong architectural space does not produce only the
sense of loneliness instead it creates the feeling of togetherness brought together by the
community,
For instance the church of light the concrete walls and middle cross light gives out a
strong sense of silence and loneliness and this feeling and experiencing the art of
private dialogue between the works and the person experiencing it and portray the little
hope for the people.
In conclusion after reading this work the author was trying to tell the architect that they
have forgotten the importance of the experience associated with architecture,
Architecture is not only mere play with form but it also actively shapes human behavior
without realizing it buildings actually do things to us and affect our personal feeling and

2. psychological inside, different type of forms will play different atmosphere and ambience
in space.
