3. COMMUNİCATİON PROCESS
 What is communication process?
‘’Transmission of a message from a sender to a
receiver is an understandable manner’’

6. SENDER
 Sender is a person who sent the message

7. ENCODİNG
 The sender analyses and logically arranges the
idea.The transferring of idea into codes is called
encoding.Here the codes, symbols ,words, gestures
are selected by the sender.

8. CHANELL
 This is the vehicle which helps the sender to
convey the message to the receiver.Messages
delivered by computer,telephone,letter,fax.

9. DECODİNG
 The receiver translates the words and symbols
used in the message into idea and interprets it to
obtain its meaning.

10. RECEİVER
 The person who gets the message

11. FEEDBACK
 After getting meaning the receiver responds to the
message.This return flow of communication is
called feedback.
