EDUCATION & WORK
Neeraj is one of the founding members of
Work Better Training & Development. He
spearheads two important verticals of
Marketing & Team Building at Work Better.
On the Team Building front, his
responsibilities include conceptualizing new
activities and developing business. He has
individually built a substantial list of clientele
and with the wide variety of activities, has
managed to build loyalty with repeat customer
queries.
Neeraj completed his B.Sc (Hons) in
Mathematics from The Maharaja Sayajirao
University of Baroda.
After completing graduation, he worked for a
leading recruitment rm Collabera, as an
Operations Associate in Vadodara.
After working there for signicant period, he
pursued his Masters in Computer Applications
from DDIT, Nadiad.
He was a part of the entrepreneurship club and
event organizing team at the university.
He is also a debate and sports enthusiast and
has won many competitions at various levels.
