Market Summary
 The market for people to find jobs has been a long time, but specifically
speaking to the resource availability for people as in Job portal service kicked
off on with one of the leading client in the Year 1997.
 As of today the Indian Market finds more than 100 Job sites being build and
used by people and recruiters, Out of which there is a prominent 3-4 market
capturers.
 Being the middle of a huge market players, Naukripro stands apart to
address the actual need of a job hunter which is being done keeping in mind
that we don’t serve people based on keywords rather based out of there need
and expertise.
Opportunities
 For us Opportunity lies in the problem faced by numerous people in India i.e Inappropriate Job
Vacancies which have no output for them.
 The Major problem lies is that Organization need to understand that Jobs or vacancies is not bound
by JD and responsibility but also with personal choices and demand of an Individual and HR of the
company as well.
 We Move ahead with each client on a personal note to understand there requirement by appointing
a person who in terms would be responsible to understand and suggest client the correct
companies and vacancies.
 To be Simple enough our opportunity is created by lies with all those people who have been
cheated, misguided or wrongly informed about services to find a relevant Job. That’s the reason we
follow search pattern through “Discuss-Understand-Find-Suggest”.
