Personal Mission Statement:
I seek to capitalize upon my degrees and
passion for understanding the financial literacy
of businesses by obtaining a CPA, aid in
enhancing the financial integrity of any client I
work alongside, and be actively involved in
community initiatives.

Quality is a conceptual standard set by an individual who is influenced by all internal and external processes or
factors that contribute to an end product or service.
What does this mean?
All actions, directly and indirectly related to the end user, result in a quality aspect in conducting business processes.
Therefore, all organizations and their employees should understand that any action can be a value added function.
Career Plan
 Positively impact an organization whose culture meshes well with my own values and beliefs
 Serve the community throughout organizational commitments/initiatives
 Become a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania
 Receive multiple promotions/increase in organizational responsibilities
 Become a Partner within a Certified Public Accounting firm
3 Year Goals
 Obtain a Certified Public Accountant licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
 Receive at least one promotion/increase in organizational responsibility
 Become fully acclimated with all services and accounting disciplines in which my organization offers
5 Year Goals
 Receive another promotion/increase in organizational responsibility
 Positively impact the organization I work for and coworkers I work alongside
