TEAM
The company is headed by an energetic, passionate and competent team with

Certified Talent is wholly black owned and rated as a Level 1 BBBEE Contributor,
with a total procurement recognition Level of 135%
Fee Structure
Our standard fee is 15% for all positions anywhere in South Africa.
We also have seasoned recruiters with extensive experience recruiting into the
volatile continent of Africa. Our fee is only 18% for Africa and other emerging
markets.

7. Synopsis
• The fee is calculated on the candidates Annual Total Cost To Company
(TCTC) package for the first year only.
• Terms of payment strictly within 14 days of date of commencement in
order for guarantee to be valid.
Guarantee
• Certified Talent (Pty) Ltd offers a 90-day guarantee, subject to the
guarantee being validated.
• The guarantee is validated by the full Service Fee paid within 14 days
of the candidate commencing employment.

element. The overall project manager is duty-bound in ensuring
effective communication to all stakeholders and at all levels. Teams are
