This aqueous polyurethane technology is based on three reactive components:
Resin: polyalcohol-emulsion Hardener: polymeric MDI Reactive filler: composition of
cement, hydrated lime, quartz sand.
Available in self levelling system (2mm – 5mm) and in trowelable mortar (6mm – 12
mm)
The combined urethane technology with cement to produce a highly cross linked
product exhibiting the properties of both.
The chemistry is the hybrid combination of cement and waterborne urethane,
triggering two reaction

18. Monarch’s PU Concrete Floorings
Applicable for non-processing areas, such as production areas,
bottling areas, cook/chill areas, commercial kitchens, sanitize /
wash areas, steam cleaning areas, refrigerators and freezers, cold
storages, chemical processing areas, packaging & canning areas.
Low modulus of elasticity
Conventional epoxy floorings soften at temperatures at around
50-60°C
Reaction only above 20°C
Applicable for processing areas, such as lobbies,
entryways and critical non-food-contact surface
areas.
Similar modulus of elasticity as that of concrete that
will eliminate differential flexing that is prevalent with
most other resinous floorings.
Do not soften at elevated temperatures from 60°C
to 130°C depending on the thickness, with
occasional spillage temperature up to 150°C.
Perform well at freezing or below zero temperatures,
upto -30°C and do not crack or soften like epoxies
