HRM helps to achieve objective from time to time by creating
positive attitude among workers.
• Facilitates professional growth
Due proper HR policies employees are trained well and know the
future prospect
• Better relation
Healthy HRM practice can help the organization to maintain
good relationship between worker and union. Provide
communication channel.
• Identifies person in future
since employee are constantly trained, management will ready
to meet the job requirements.
• Allocating right person in right place
Proper recruitment and selection will result in right person in right place,
stability index will increased/ decrease in labor turnover
• Improves the economy growth
Effective of HRM will lead to higher profit and will increased in economy
growth.
