 Preparation of annual preventive maintenance planning schedule for all mechanical
equipment coordinating with electrical and instrumentation departments for minimum
downtime and maximum reliability.

2.  Provide advice and ensure that proper maintenance practices are carried out by
technicians in safe working environment.
 Record all check lists and prepare work history reports for all maintenance activities
carried out for future reference.
 Support maintenance and operational issues along with troubleshooting and root cause
analysis.
 Preparation of work scope for plant maintenance activities to the contractors and
liasoning with them.
 Management of Spares and tools
 Interpretation of engineering drawings.
 Creating safe working environment.
 Rapid response to break down or Outages
 Knowledge in Microsoft Office suit/ Auto CAD / CATIA
 Excellent in Report writing with strong presentation skills and have excellent

3. BGGTS activities include Supply of spare parts, Field services, Refurbishment of Gas Valves.
BGGTS refurbishment facility has been set-up for carrying out the refurbishment of both
Isolation & pressure safety valves.
CURRENT JOB PROFILE:
 Shut down Planning and spares management for the inspection and execution of valves,
inspection and testing of hydraulic hoses etc.
 Co-coordinating the Inspections of valves which include inspection of all valves etc.,
which require high skill and safety while working on the valves.
 Support customers in Pre- Outage inspection for Spares and special tools for outage
readiness.
 Preparation of report for the outages performed and submits to customer after manager
review.
 Analyze, Identify, and correct the problems in the gas turbine.
 Interpret the technical drawings.
 Supporting the customer regarding the technical queries.
 Coordination with engineering team and repair functions for any issues.
 Strictly adhering to EHS/SHE at site in compliance with EFCO policy.
 Conducting EHS and tool box talks at with technicians and ensure safety at the job.
 Build and maintain customer and supplier/contractor relations.
 Coach and motivate younger team members within the discipline.

 Able to Plan Shut down activities, resource planning during planned and unplanned
shutdowns and Major turnarounds.
 Familiar with ASME, API standards.
