This is to certify that Mr. Jhoniel Rabino was employed by G3 Systems Ltd as an
Mechanical Engineer I HVAC Supervispr from s" October 2009 up to present. During this
period, Jhoniel was employed HVAC Project Supervision for construction project of Military
Hospital- Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Role 3, NAMSA Project in Kandahar Airbase
In conjunction with the United Kingdom based design team, develop and coordinate
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, fire, and HVAC systems design into construction,
including the provision of detailed and shop drawings, general lay-outs and detail installation
lay-outs.
Jhoniel was punctual, neat in his work, and polite. He worked under the supervision of an ex-
pat Engineer and showed that he could work unsupervised.
A team player, he asked questions when needed and then got on the job. He was a valued
member of the team who made a significant contribution to MTF Hospital projects ending on
time and within budget.
