Welcome- today I want to go over the basics of social media and how this will evolve your company in the IT business.
There are so many connection out on the internet. Facebook, twitter, linkedin, foursquare are just to name a few of social media. The future of marketing lies in social media. With the internet being available to consumer’s 24/7 we can link to our consumers, and promote our products.
Here 90% of consumer’s trust their peer recommendations verses only 14% of the population represent those thattrust advertisements.
This totally blew my mind when I read this. To have a Superbowl commerical be publicly viewed more then what it would be on TV, tells us how times have changed. Ten years ago commericals would have been viewed soley on TV. But now social media allows anyone to view anything anytime. This commerical was highly viewed thanks to Youtube. Can you imagine the feedback they had on this? Just imagine if this was your company how your product could sell!
How we do our social media will reflect what type of company we are. This will illustrate how we will make good repor with our consumers, and how we will listen to themin making them happy. This will put the company at large for more viewing and be more sucepectable to good and bad criticism. This will also give your business to make a bad problem in to a good customer experience.
